This will be the main body class. It will consist of two certified CrossFit coaches. Our goal is personal attention making sure you are doing the exercises correctly, motivating and encouraging you to do things you never thought possible and monitoring your progression as a client.

The workouts are never the same and consist of lifting, throwing, pulling, running, jumping, pushing, rowing, swinging and climbing. We want to mimic the moves you face in everyday life and help you become proficient and efficient at them. You will always be challenged to do your very best! You will be surprised at what you can do with your peer group cheering you on! There is a camaraderie and bond formed when you experience challenges with others. The friendships that you will establish in a positive atmosphere while getting in the best shape of your life is the main draw of Crossfit.

We also offer competition training for those wanting to compete in local and regional events.
